Delivery and collection

How delivery works

You choose your delivery area at checkout, and we show the delivery charge before you pay. The charge is set by your area. The charges and delivery times for every area are listed at the end of this page, and they come straight from the shop, so they are always the current ones.

After you pay

1. We email you a link to check your delivery address and confirm your order. We also phone you.
2. Once you confirm, we pack your order and hand it to the rider or courier.
3. We do not pack a delivery order until you have confirmed it, so please look for our email soon after paying, and check your spam folder if you cannot see it.

Changing your address

You can correct your address from the confirmation link until you confirm. If the new address is in an area with a higher delivery charge, we show you the difference before you save it. You pay the difference by M-Pesa before dispatch, or when your order is handed over. If the new area costs less, your order total does not change.

Tracking

When your order is sent, we record the courier and tracking reference on your order page. We do not send automatic tracking updates, so call us if you would like to know where your order is.

Collecting from the shop

Collection is free. Choose collection at checkout and pay online as usual. We email you when your order is ready, and you bring your order number when you come. The shop address and opening hours are at the end of this page.
