Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you buy from Zarock Digital.
Who we are
These terms apply to purchases made on this website. In them, we and us mean [registered company name and address], trading as Zarock Digital.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Kenyan shillings and include VAT. We check that an item is in stock when you place your order. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it. We may correct an obvious pricing mistake before we accept your order.
Placing an order
You place an order by completing checkout and paying. For delivery orders we then ask you to confirm your delivery address, by an emailed link and a phone call, and we pack your order once you have confirmed it. For collection orders we email you when your order is ready.
Payment
You pay in full, in advance, through Pesapal, by M-Pesa, card or bank. We do not offer pay on delivery, credit or instalments. Your card and M-Pesa details go to Pesapal and are never seen or stored by us. An order that is not paid for within the time shown at checkout is cancelled and its items go back on sale.
Delivery and collection
Our delivery page explains how delivery and collection work and what delivery costs. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. The goods are yours to look after from the moment they are delivered or collected.
Warranty, returns and refunds
Our warranty and returns page sets out the warranty, how to return an item and how refunds are paid. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Kenyan consumer protection law.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order until it has been sent or collected. If you have paid, we refund what you paid.
Your account
Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else knows it. You can change your details, or delete your account, at any time from your account page.
Our responsibility
We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for loss of profit or data. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya decide any dispute about them.
