Warranty and returns
What the condition labels mean, how the warranty works, and how to ask for a return, a repair or a refund.
Every product shows its warranty
The warranty period for each product is shown on its page, next to its condition, before you buy. Different products have different warranties, so please check the page for the one you are buying.
What the condition labels mean
- New. Brand new and unused, in its original packaging.
- Ex-UK. Previously owned and imported from the UK, sold in working order. The note on the product page says how it looks.
- Refurbished. Previously owned, then checked and restored to working order. A grade, such as Grade A, tells you how it looks, and the note on the product page explains it.
- Open box. Sold as new, but the box has been opened. The note on the product page says if anything is missing or marked.
If something is wrong
Call or email us with your order number and tell us what is wrong. We may ask for a photo or a short video. Please keep the product, its box and its accessories until we have sorted it out.
Returns
If you change your mind, tell us within [return window, in days] of receiving your order. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
If an item arrives damaged, or is not as described, tell us within [return window, in days] and we will repair it, replace it or refund you.
Refunds
Refunds are paid back to you by [how refunds are paid]. We email you when yours has been sent.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order until it has been sent or collected. Contact us as soon as you can. We put the items back in stock and refund what you paid.
Orders that are not paid for
We hold your items for a short time while you pay, and checkout tells you how long. An order that is not paid for in that time is cancelled automatically, and the items go back on sale.
